RETURN POLICY

 

Q 1 What is prestobazaar.com return policy?

At prestobazaar.com product(s) can only be returned if there is any manufacturing defect. You can get your product(s) returned/replaced within 10 days from the date of delivery. The 10 days replacement policy is applicable on all product(s) sold by prestobazaar.com. Amount wil be refunded online.

Please note returned goods will be accepted in following cases only:

1) Product(s) should be returned in original condition you had received them including the invoice, original packing and in unwashed condition.

2) There is no damage to the product(s) due to its misuse.

3) No loss during transit when product(s) has been shipped from your side so ensure that you pack items securely and safely.

Q 2 How do I return my product(s) to prestobazaar.com?

If product(s) received by you has a manufacturing defect notify us as soon as possible (within 10 days from the date of delivery) at our customer care number +91-81990-41777 or email us at care@prestobazaar.com. We will arrange to pick up the product(s) from your place within 48 hours from the request or we will ask you to ship the defected product(s) at specific address in original condition you had received them.

Q 3 Can I get my defected product replaced with the new one?

Yes, if product(s) received by you has a manufacturing defect you can get your product(s) replaced under our 10 days replacement policy i.e. 10 days from the date of delivery. Notify us via email or call us at our customer care number +91-81990-41777 we will arrange to pick up the product(s) from your place or we will ask you to ship the defected product at specific address in original condition you had received them.

Q 4 Is it possible to return a part of my order?

Yes, it is possible to return a part of your order, in case of multiple product(s) in an order and only part product(s) is defected. Any product being returned needs to be returned in original condition you had received them.

Q 5 How long will it take to receive the refund for my return?

Once the defected product(s) reaches our place, the product(s) will undergo an inspection by prestobazaar.com team. If defects are found to be manufacturing defect we will refund your amount within 1-2 business days from the date we have received them. Amount will be refunded online.

Q 6 How long will the replacement process take?

Once the defected product(s) reaches our place, the product(s) will undergo an inspection by prestobazaar.com team. If defects are found to be manufacturing defects we will ship the new product within 1-2 days with no extra cost.

Q 7 Are shipping charges paid earlier refundable?

Sorry, shipping charges paid earlier will not be included in the refund value as these are non-refundable charges.

Q 8 Will I be reimbursed shipping charge when product has been shipped from my side?

If product(s) shipped by you has a manufacturing defect we will reimburse you the shipping charge to maximum of Rs.50 per kg against courier receipt only.
